Worship is a vital part of the ministry of Turning
Point, where we experience the presence of God and give Him the praise and
thanksgiving that He deserves. Our worship is contemporary and oriented toward
the lost and unchurched, designed to lead them into a genuine encounter with
Jesus. As a seeker friendly church, the music, drama, and particularly the
message, are designed to connect with people in their Christian journey,
deepening their faith in Jesus Christ.
Worship features our praise band, as we praise God with modern, upbeat worship
songs and various multimedia experiences to create a "high end" worship
environment which honors God. One of the most important factors considered in
our worship is the choice of music. At Turning Point our praise band uses both
secular and contemporary Christian music to help our worshippers connect the
message to everyday life.
The messages are designed for Christian growth, inspired, positive, practical
and useful for daily living, addressing hurts and struggles of real people.
